GE Fridge Repair
During the diagnostics of the GE Fridge was discovered that this fridge has an issue with condenser fan that resulted in overheating compressor, therefore fridge was keeping the temperature (there was 20° in the freezer and 55° in fresh food section). This is a common issue for GE Fridges.
The GE fridge condenser fan may not be working due to a faulty motor, a damaged capacitor or an obstruction in the fan blades.
A malfunctioning thermostat or control board can also prevent the condenser fan from running and cause the fridge to overheat.
Lack of proper maintenance such as cleaning the fan blades or replacing worn out parts can also contribute to the failure of the GE fridge condenser fan.
Technician replaced the condenser fan and the breakage was eliminated. Customers are satisfied with the result.
