The technician visited the customer the same day. Upon arrival, he did a quick diagnostic. Several reasons could be responsible for the issue. One of the most common reasons could be a damaged temperature sensor or a blown thermal fuse. In rare cases, faulty wiring could also be the cause of the problem.
